Q: Are your products vegan friendly?

Yes! Our products only comprise plant-based ingredients and are 100% vegan friendly.

Q: Are your products tested on animals?

No! We are strictly against animal testing and work with suppliers that only provide cruelty free materials.

Q: Do you use organic materials in your products?

Our products contain organic and non-organic ingredients. We don’t have organic certification for our products but we do use organic ingredients as much as possible.

 We are aware of the importance of organic materials and are continuously working to find natural alternatives to inorganic materials.

Q: Is it safe to use your items during pregnancy or when breastfeeding?

We strongly advise to discuss this with your GP or medical doctor.  We don’t recommend them during pregnancy or when breastfeeding.

Q: Can someone who is sensitive to essential oils use your products?

If you are sensitive to essential oils, then you should not use our products as they may give you several allergies.

Q: Can I try your items before buying?

You cannot try our items for online orders. However, we will let you try our products if you buy them from one of our physical stores.

Q: How long do your products last?

Typically, our products last for 12 months after opening. You can look at the expiry date of a product which is given on the label to get an exact idea.

Q: How long do we take to deliver an order?

We normally take 2-7 days to deliver an order. If, for some reason there’s a delay, we’ll inform you right away.
