This policy applies to the items bought from rinorganics. We deliver all the parcels via Royal Mail for all UK orders. 1st class UK delivery(2-3 working days).Typically, all our orders arrive in time; however, sometimes the delivery may be delayed. Should this be the case, please contact us and we do further investigation on your parcel.
Rinorganics realises that it’s normal for customers to want an exchange or refund their goods, and therefore offers a flexible return policy. So if you have a change of mind after your order arrives, we will refund your order provided that: The return is made within 28 days after the purchase· The goods are unused and in their original packaging· None of the items are missing. In addition, we’ll need a proof of purchase such as receipts or invoices to perform the refund process. Shipment fees are not included in the refund.
Defective or Wrong Parcels
At Rinorganics, we take great care in delivering top quality products. However, if you find that one of the goods is faulty or incorrect, we will gladly work with you to resolve the problem. Remember that we only accept returns if the product is damaged or does not match your order. Also, we’ll need proof of purchase such as receipts or credit card statement to complete the return.
Before the dispatch of the order, you will need to verify your shipment address and billing information. Once the order is dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to the order. Therefore, you must provide correct details to have your order with you in time.
